Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because Sweet Bakes products are frequently made to order, customized, perishable, and prepared specifically for individual customers, the following policies apply.

Once an order has entered production, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

If you need to change an order, contact Sweet Bakes as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee that changes can be made after production has begun.

Once a custom order has been approved and production has begun, payments may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law because ingredients, supplies, labor, and production time have been committed specifically to that order.

Orders that have not yet entered production may be eligible for cancellation or refund, subject to any applicable fees or expenses already incurred.

Orders already in production may not be eligible for a refund.
 

4. Perishable Products

Because our food products are perishable, we generally cannot accept returns of food products.

For food-safety reasons, returned food products will not be resold.

Delivery and Pickup Policy
